There two ways to live one by building your life based on your weaknesses and other by building your life based on your strengths...
As long as fear holds you its never going to let you concentrate on areas of your strengths...to remain happy theres a need to overcome this fear and it can happen only when you decide to believe in your strengths as it is no such defining moment exists when one overcomes fear, the very moment you leave behind your weaknesses you have conquered.people who wait for this moment always wait for eternity...yesterday itself is too late to overcome fear

Fear is all in the mind.
One can make it as a best friend or a worst enemy. It can be a highly motivating factor for one and yet for the other it can be highly degrading. Fear of losing or getting humiliated can do a person good in the sense that it is pretty useless being afraid and not having to try something at all, than having to try something and then losing it. More than half the battles are fought in the mind and your fear is the enemy's best weapon. Fear can help by instilling the urge to achieve something by letting it being the motivating factor instead of it being the degrading factor

Well very much agree with u.

It's this very C*S* fear of losing tats stopped u from playing pool with me or me being a pillion rider on ur bike, fear tats stopped u,me & many more from acting in a cleanic hair ad,it's this fear tats stopped me from proposing 2 a trillion girls :D

But though sounds strange or rather funny all along i hav believed in the fact tat we all r here 4 a purpose & there always comes a point in our life when we start realizing it(dono how many of us wud). This is when u start overcoming fear & the very purpose becomes ur only goal in life.
And this is when we begin 2 live.

I think fear is an important yet understated fact of anyones life. we hardly ponder its importance. fear is our worst enemy and our best friend. its our worst enemy because it sets boundaries and limits around us, its our best friend cos it makes us strive to cross those limits n erase those boundaries. It can be our biggest inspiration to break the mould and come out. What we fear is our forbidden fruit and eventually we try to achieve it. A person is best defined by what he fears the most. A successful life is built by tackling what we fear...fear of rejection, fear of humiliation, fear of love, fear of loss.....
the first time we are hit we fall to the ground. we lie there in fear thinking we wont get hurt again. but we only get hit repeatedly. eventually we realize that we dont achieve anything by lying down and putting up with the assault,so we rise to face our fear. only there is no more fear now. it was gone the moment we stood up again. before realizing fear we dint know that we can take it face on. once we feel fear we realize what we can do. fear teaches us what were afraid of and the spirit overcomes it. for fear is but temporary but the spirit eternal....

Its fairly easy to overcome fear when you learn to embrace defeat and don't look at it with shame and disappointment but as a learning opportunity (that last part is just a way to bring some solace to yourself). You can try things which you are scared of maybe because you are scared of failure or there might be other reasons such as fear of life or potential embarrassment. But, there's one more thing which instills fear and that is responsibility. When you are responsible for a group of people or a project or anything which basically puts others at stake thats where we tend to opt the easy way out, no one likes to risk then. It's easier when we do things putting ourselves or things belonging to us in jeopardy but its rather too difficult for us to trust us/ our instincts enough to put even others at risk. That's what we need to overcome (or learn to tackle or solve).
